Guest guest
Yes she certainly is qualified, but she actually says:<br>"pick up navasana after the standing poses"<br>Now that means doing the whole Sun Salutation and all the standing postures. After that, for me anyway, doing the sitting postures upto navasana is quite restful, so it does not seem worth missing them out.
Guest guest
Kwisatch - My understanding of Dena Kingsberg's advice is that she recommends doing sun salutations, standing postures and sitting postures up to navasana, after navasana closing with the finishing sequence on one day. Then, on the next day, again suns & standing postures, after the standing poses navasana (without the sitting postures in between standing postures and navasana) and then all the rest of the series, closing again with the finishing sequence.
