Guest guest Posted June 8, 2001 Report Share Posted June 8, 2001 Who do you want to believe Screwgee or the guru?<br><br>Our beloved and great guru, Sri KPJ says not to start intermediate (no self respecting ashtangi would call it "2nd") until primary is mastered.<br><br>I have seen too many yoga crims especially in California greedy for new postures doing intermediate when they couldn't even do Marchi D or Supta Kurmasana.<br><br>And did you know that you must also be able to drop back into a backbend and stand up before starting intermediate?<br><br>Stick with the correct method and don't be swayed by bogus teachers that would be teaching aerobics if it were still in vogue rather than the guru or his son Sharath.<br><br>El Senor Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
