Guest guest Posted June 9, 2001 Report Share Posted June 9, 2001 I should add that one reason I value getting very comfortable before moving on is that recently I did consider moving into third series (at any rate the postures before Ekapada Rajakapotasna: I wanted so much to try those arm balances!) but found myself feeling rather fragile in the lower back after a few practices with the leg-behind-the-head sequence tha concludes with Durvasana. I guess there is a huge difference between just putting your leg behind your head in second series, and all the dancing around in Ekapada Sirshasana that goes on in third.<br><br>Homer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
