Guest guest
""...in earlier posts Pattabhi Jois's own "Yoga<br> Mala" seemed to be the favorite. Seems wrong to fail to mention it. ""<br><br>I agree Yoga Mala is a very important book. I got the sense, however, that the person was asking for books that were more of an instructional nature. I don't personally get the sense of much 'how-to' instruction from Yoga Mala. There is a wealth of other info there, especially about the overall practice of yoga. So I listed the books that it seemed to me most people found helpful for learning how to do the postures. No slight intended. Since that particular question has been asked and answered so many times here, I was just putting out a cursory response with the links so that they could do more on their own if they so chose.
