Guest guest Posted June 25, 2001 Report Share Posted June 25, 2001 This problem has probably been discussed here before, nevertheless I would like to ask again for advice on wrist pain.<br><br>I seem to have extra bumps in both of my wrists that I think are of cartilage. I believe I've had them long before I ever started to do yoga. These bumps do concern me, however, as I am afraid I might do more harm to them with yoga.<br><br>I feel some pain, not too much, when doing vinyasa "jumps". I might be putting to much weight on wrists instead of my arms. I don't know how to lessen strain on wrists and move it to my arms.<br><br>Any advice?
