Thanks very much for the information. Here are 3

interesting books on "standing on stake" chi gung. This

involves holding some simple chi gung poses for 30 minutes

and hour etc. Very strengthening to muscles tendons

ligaments. Gets the chi flowing through them. Heals them. A

mediation if you will. These poses will make you sweat when
