First they say, I am just starting! Someone tell me where I can learn Ashtanga! The next day they are giving ashtanga advise. I have spent some time in your defense Miss Jess, but now I am suggesting that you ought not be giving out advise. Learn Ashtanga from a reputable teacher in Mysore class. Develop a regular personal practice and gain some experience. Learn the sanskrit names of the poses.
