Guest guest
I also didn't realize one had to be a prodigy in ashtanga to have opinions of value, or to be considered a worthwhile human being.

This is not just about fbl but the attitude expressed by a few others here as well.

This is an ashtanga board, and such be based on such. But there is no reason to shoot down opinions and people who don't walk the ashtanga straight and narrow.

Guest guest
I've beem around a long while and am still puzzled by the persistent high level of abrasive discourse on this board. It certainly doesn't jive with the behavior of real-life ashtangis I've come to know, who are very much on the mellow side: some full of laughter and fun, others quiet, gentle, humble.

But take heart: fbl has sweetened noticeably from a year ago, and even el senor is not so easily antagonized as in times past.

Peace amd Good,
Homer
