<br>The morning session will focus on the Ashtanga Yoga

practice - in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois -

taught by Guy Donahaye and Lori Brungard, directors of

Ashtanga Yoga Shala in New York - who between them have

over 20 years of yoga practice and extensive periods

of study in India with Ashtanga master Sri KP Jois.

The workshop will be suitable for all levels of

practice including beginners. Class size will be limited
