does anyone have any tips on going backwards in

crocodile? (sorry, i don't know the sanskrit term for that

yet) is there some secret to moving? I can go

forwards, usually pretty easily...my fingertips help me

with that much--but backwards is a puzzler to

Try just going vertical in Nakrasana instead of

forward or backwards with your whole body moving at the

same time (ie: don't let your upper or lower body

lead). After you perfect that motion, try coming off the

the heal of the palm of your hand to launch you into

reverse, with that lead-in, everything else should follow.

As a general rule, use the fingers as fine tuning

for balance, but the palm for weight bearing. This

will help your handstands and save your
