Guest guest
I think the momentum for that is all upper body. It'll probably come in time.

What I have trouble with is catuari from the pinchmayurasas, but I am making progress there.

So much of the success in the inverted postures is 1 part alignment/technique, 1 part Will/Concentration. I try to watch those who Can Do very closely to see exactly what they're doing. If I'm having problems, it's usually partly due to some blunder of technique which causes me to be out of balance. Success in inverted requires keeping a steady fulcum in which to split your body weight equally. Without that equality, going up and down in any inverted posture takes tremendous strength.
