Guest guest
Hi folks, on Friday I will get married. What could I do? What do you recommend? Marichy A, C, H or Z? Is there any asana which helps to geht through this event well? - One hour headstand, peppermint-tea, or kissing the feet of a great guru...? Guest guest
Do Marichyasana H and Z, hold Shirhsana for at least 600 ujjayi breaths, drink peppermint tea before and after, go to Mysore Palace and kiss T. Krishnamacharyas feet. Fröhliche Hochzeit!
Guest guest
hang on to your essence, write down who you are so you can reread it during challenging times, make a vow not to give too much or be subservient. Commit to do something everyday that will express your personal power. (Subservience is the quickest way for a man to lose respect and interest.) And know that you WILL have to stand up for yourself, be prepared and do it nicely.<br><br>As for the event itself - you should be nervous because you are making a big commitment and if you mean it you will be awed and trembling. Guest guest
Some good bottles of beer in the beginning, champaign instead of coffee, heavy red wine for dinner and two or three glenfiddich at the end of this event will help.<br>But don't ask me what will help with the consequences :-)<br><br>I wish you all the best.<br>"Herzlichen Glückwunsch und alles Gute!"<br>Dirk

Guest guest
Thank you all for your answers to my wedding - and look, I'm still alive! It must have to do with Ashtanga-Yoga! Lu
