Guest guest
<<Sunday began with a dynamic Ashtanga improvisation with the intention of challenging our perception of our personal abilities. During the standing sequence, we repeated certain poses in order to experience openings with each successive movement into the posture. For example, utilizing straps to hold the raised leg, we entered into dancer's pose (natarajasana) three times on each leg. After a brief seated sequence that included advanced postures such as marichyasana E, F and G, we worked in groups for backbending (urdhva dhanurasana) and used the walls for a series of stimulating inversions. During backbends, two students wrapped straps beneath the backbender's shoulders and slightly above the his/her hips and gently tugged to accentuate expansion of the chest and curling of the tailbone.>>

OK, so Dennis Dean is another one that has figured out how to improve upon the guru's method.

For complete details of his criminality click here

http://www.ashtangayoga.net/

Senor Pinche Wey
Guest guest
Yes. I was wondering myself how someone who quite plainly has never got a certification by Sri Jois could teach postures from third and fourth series. This Dennis guy might not even be authorized to teach Astanga Yoga. It's scaring.
