Guest guest Posted July 17, 2001 Report Share Posted July 17, 2001 Hi<br><br>Have recently started doing second series stuff (up to Kapotasana) after the regular Primary sequence.<br><br>I find that after practice I feel really shaky.<br><br>Is this just because of the extra postures which add to the fatigue or is it something to do with the second series postures?
