Guest guest Posted July 17, 2001 Report Share Posted July 17, 2001 Greetings all! I have been finding it quite difficult to find an Ashtanga Yoga teacher in my area. I live in Surrey BC and would appreciate any leads on facilities in the lower mainland and Fraser Valley. I've been practicing Ashtanga for 9 months with "Breathing Space Yoga" on WTN (30 morning program). I want to make sure that I'm getting into the postures correctly to ensure I don't overextend myself (I have done so a couple of times - I get too into it!)Finding a center or a teacher in my area (I really don't want to go downtown Vancouver) seems to be next to impossible. We have Vinyasa Classes and Ashtanga Classes in our Studio.
