your local healthfood store should have it. Or

can 'special order' it.Try the Hawaiian brand.
The

powder form (as opposed to the tablets)can be mixed in a

blender with juice.
For joint protection (and slower

absorption of sugar in the juice) add some flax oil. (In the

refrigerator in the health food store- or the Omega Twin (flax

and borage oil mixed)).

Don't take it before

bedtime - it is energizing. (unless you're el senor with

pictures of a girl in a tutu).

Lubrication.
The flax seed has lubricating

qualities (gets goey when soaked) and I think the fatty

acids also helps with the overall health of the

connective tissues (?)- but to be certain just get an info

sheet at your local healthfood store on the full range

of fatty acids (omega 3, 6, & 9, and GLA gamma

linoleic acid) as provided by Barleans omega twin

oil.
Sharath recommends an oil bath when muscles hurt (i

assume he means rubbing it in only, not sit-in -a-tub).

Oil, oil, oil people! The good kind is good for you.

Raw, organic. It actually CLEANS the liver, i am told.

UNCOOKED is key.

Thanks Tshamoya, I did not know that about oils, connective tissues and joints.

I'm glad I recently started taking a flax oil supplement.

EH
