Try to bring more discipline into your practice. Don't ask "Why am I doing this for?" - just do it. The breath is the key: keep bringing your mind back to the rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations as soon as it starts to wander. Learn non-attachement by doing your practice for its own sake, regardless of success or failure. Good luck.
