I have a very hard time bringing it back. try to focus on the dristis, also on the breath, it just seems like a lost cause. Of course by this time my bundhas are history. Then thoughts start to wander in like "what am I doing this for?why spend all the time?" "I dont want to be here?" Sometimes I feel like it's started by a different/bad energy in the room. And it's hard to predict when it might hit me. <br><br>Has anyone found ways to get the focus back once it has gone away. watching the whole process is interesting and maybe it's just a part of the journey.
