Do you know of a good video I could use to practice along with for the times I can't get back home for a teacher-led class? Any info would totally help! Like the other Sewell archive videos, this is a document of an actual class. I also like some with Pattabhi Jois, but you don't get the continuous guidance in English as with other teachers.
