Guest guest Posted July 26, 2001 Report Share Posted July 26, 2001 Just saw in the workshops section of Betty's ashtanga.com site the following informations:<br><br>- Lino Miele Bay Area Workshops -<br><br>"Sunday, November 11th 10:00am - 12:30pm Full Vinyasa Workshop"<br><br>"Full Vinyasa Workshop - This guided class is a challenging, fun and vigorous practice. We will practice the traditional Primary Series with full vinyasa (to samasthiti between each pose) and half vinyasa (between each side of each pose)..."<br><br>So. Full Vinyasa is alive and kicking, whatever Guruji might have said.<br><br>(It's curious though that Lino apparently teaches full vinyasa only at his workshops in America, not at those he holds in Europe. It also seems to me that full vinyasa is confined to primary series only. Or has anyone ever seen intermediate series with full vinyasa?
