Omprem, thanks for the info and the

links.<br><br>Jess, thanks, I read Cope's book when it first came out

but gave it away afterwards. I couldn't remember the

details of what he said.<br><br>If Shakti inspired asanas

ever come my way I'll welcome them, and if they don't

that's fine too. I can also see the danger of practicing

"Whim Yoga" while pursuing a Shakti fix.
