Question about sun salutation

Hello , I would like to ask about the hand

position on sun salutation I and II .<br>I mean how is the

movement of the hands at the time you finish the first

circle from sun I and start the second circle from sun I

.. <br><br>The same question for sun salutation II

..<br><br><br>On sun II , in the dog facing down pose , we bring

one leg forward and raise the body up to the

vibradahnasa pose . This is responding a lot on balance , but

I can not find out how to stretch on this pose .

<br>While practicing this pose not on the sun routine , we

stretch lowering the body . <br>I will ask on sun II that

is so correct to do , something like the opposite

from Vibradahnasa pose or I am doing wrong and have

from the facing down dog – stand at first on me feat

and than came down to the vibradahnasa pose
