This is another situation where tshamoya's suggestion of getting an ashtanga yogini girlfriend would be beneficial. In the absence of one I will check out the foot toys on your website, thanks for the suggestion. <br><br>A Hellerworker I used to go to first explained to me two detrimental effects of always wearing shoes: the lack of natural massage of the soles of the feet and the lack development in the muscles and tendons of the ankles. The later in turn can lead to problems with the knees and hips. He believed that simply walking around barefoot more will over time strengthen the ankles and stimulate the feet properly, keeping them happy and healthy.
