Guest guest
I also love the positive effects that heat brings into my practise. The hotter the better IF there is enough oxygen in the shala. I don't mind sweating alot, because then you really feel how the asanas purify your system. Also, it is just so easy to slip into those difficult twists when your muscles are all soft and relaxed.

My office chair's arms were also preventing yogic sitting, but one day I noticed that I can turn the arms facing the other way. This way I can cross my legs and still have arm support. I think that the feature is quite common in office chairs that have adjustable height for the arms; just pull them out and put back facing the other way and voilá!
