Guest guest Posted August 7, 2001 Report Share Posted August 7, 2001 I used to be fat too.<br>Some suggestions that worked for me.<br>Practice every day, not just 3x per week.<br>Eat vegetarian. Eliminate Wheat, most dairy, sugar and alcohol from your diet. See a vegetarian nutritionist if you feel better doing that.<br><br>Eat dinner early (12 hours before you morning practice and at least 2 hours before sleep and keep the meal light.<br><br>Remember no bread no pasta.<br><br>Hope this helps.<br><br>A trip to India and a good case of dysentary could help too.<br><br>El Senor Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
