thanx skully<br><br>Actually i...hesitate to say

this but i know of siv yoga through experience. And

there may be some really good people who brought there

own admirable qualities to this school of asana. But

as a whole i found the teachers to be people who

couldn't find a place in regular society and wiggled

themselves into this group with an attitude of insolence and

superiority to the rest of the people. (well demonstrated by

omprem). These may have been isolated instances- ho3wever

....dis is whad i saw. I am also familiar with the asana

classes and the teacher training program - is how i came

to my prior conclusion.<br><br>Learning about the

other angas is great and probably within the group the

strength would lie in this study. Cannot say the people

impressed me as ones who try to live it though. But i will

give credit that siv yoga sets out at least to create

this awareness. Enough said. (It could be a starting

point maybe for some.)<br><br>Oh- and i don't know if

anyone could say i know much about yoga - after all i am

typing dis post. But i hope to learn.

no - you're no-one's assistant (that's for sure). She's a girl but her name is

not a girl's. But admittedly skully is cute...i liked it so much but for you

i'll give it up. No more skully.
