Guest guest
Okay...I just have a few questions about foods to try and avoid in your diet. You said (I think) wheat, pasta, dairy, sugar... Sugar and excessive carbs are relatively easy for me, because I'm diabetic. But I think I need the fiber that comes with the wheat, don't I? Any suggestions on how to "kick it up a notch" with the weight loss, being a diabetic and a veggie? Keep in mind that because I'm diabetic, it's a little harder for me to lose weight. I already do yoga a million times a week...so I get enough exercise. And I only want to lose 20 more pounds (then I'm in the middle of my ideal weight). So, any help is appreciated! Guest guest
hey fatty (just kidding)

May i suggest a book called "The False Fat Diet" by Haas.

I have a feeling that if you cut out that wheat, you'll be shedding. (pounds). If you check your diet it may pop up in everything and if you're slightly allergic to it it may be what's keeping you round (and probably creating hate for mari D due to waist deposits).

sugar dairy wheat eggs are some of the most highly "allergic" foods. There are 2 others. It causes bloating, water retention - the body places water between it and the allergen as protection. It makes one look like you're fat....but.

You can get all the fiber you need from those extra large green leafy salads...think lots of celery etc. Very fibrous. Whole foods with all their enzymes intact to aid the digestive process.

Anything that comes in a prepackaged box is no longer a whole food. Has many ingredients, processed and could contain things (foods) that irritate your system.
