Guest guest
<< the fact would remain that Sivananda teachers know more about and try harder to implement the other seven angas that make up ashtanga yoga than you and 90% of the people in this club. El Senor and Missy Pinky excepted, of course.>>

So I must assume that, because of your past (and present still?) as a Sivananda teacher, you would most immodestly count yourself to the 10% of the knowledgable on this board - although it should be plain from your recently started discussions about "spontaneous yoga", as well as from your inquiry regarding Richard Freeman's alleged "yoga criminality", that your knowledge of Astanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois is next to nothing?

Tshamoya's understanding of Sivananda Yoga may be poor indeed (well, she doesn't practise it, does she?), but at least I must assume that she is MUCH more knowledgeable (and also MUCH more experienced) in the Astanga-Yoga system as taught by Sri Jois than you. Have you ever been in Mysore to study with Guruji? NO! Others you choose to call ignorants have been there, of course. All your talk about Sivananda Yoga isn't worth a great deal on this board. If you want to post about Raja Yoga in the Sivananda tradition, try other message boards. Sorry for sounding harsh, but you should take notice once and for all. Besides, ARROGANCE has never been part of the ashtanga yoga you profess to practise either.
