Guest guest
weve had a spell of unusually HOT weather here in london (26 C / 78F +) of late. Fantastic but jeeez louise do I sweat. . .

. . . so what's all this perspiration about? Sweating is all well and good but Im dehydrating to such an extent that im getting headaches due (i presume) to loss of vital body salts: ive started taking electrolytes to obviate the problem. and im drinking close on six pints of water to catch up. and of course im left exhausted next day.

fair play im out of shape after another tedious injury (this one climbing related), but surely not that much. oh yeah, im ferociously skinny to boot.

now why is it that im pounding out a river whilst other practitioners (some more, some less compotent) give off a faint glow. it seems partly related to gender but what else. . . and im sick of the saline stream that flows across my eyes (better buy myself a headband. . . praps i should get some leg warmers as well. . .)

oooh. . . any thoughts to shed a litle light into my moist life greatly rec'd.

oh and as for that class at jivamukti in the middle of a New York summer. . . I thought i was going to pass out at one point from hyperthermia

hmm. . . on reflection what im asking is: why do i get so hot???

thanks ted
