Guest guest Posted August 8, 2001 Report Share Posted August 8, 2001 Can someone tell me why I'm supposed to limit my practice, or more specifically why I'm to avoid inverted postures while I'm having my "ladies days"? I've read that it reverses the "flow" but what does that really mean? How does it affect my body? <br><br>I'm not sure if any of the ladies out there experience this problem, but thats why I'm asking! I'm kind of "top" heavy. When I'm in postures like headstand, my "extremities" seem to get right in my face (literally). I even wear a good sports bra but I find it really uncomfortable to breath correctly.
