i believe el senor once wrote here that when one

was ill or pressed for time, doing 3 suryanamaskar

A's and 3 suryanamaskar B's and sitting in padmasana

for a decent amount of time was an acceptible daily

"practice." as a new mom at home with the 6-week old little

lotus, that's about all i can do if i'm lucky. david

swenson's short forms are helping me get back into my

practice after two months off. and yes, missy pinky, i do

yoga on the phone and yoga on the freeway, by

practising mula bandha. i believe these are acceptible ways

to get back into a full practice, though not ends in

themselves.
