Guest guest
As the guru says, Ashtanga Yoga is not for everyone. You should enjoy any practice you choose. I do believe that if you did return to a regular Ashtanga practice, you would find that those "aches and pains" you were experiencing were the seeds of the fruit of your yoga practice, meaning that had you persisted and gotten past those unpleasant sensations, you would discover openings and great breakthroughs both physically, emotionally and possibly spiritually..

Remember, Yoga is not about "relaxing" or "feeling good" or whatever people seem to be looking for. (although it's ok if you do feel relaxed and good). Ashtanga Yoga is a science that will bring benefits greater than anything you can imagine. Good luck in whatever practice you choose, but if you do decide to come back to a regular practice, remember it is difficult, sometimes painful but in the end worth it beyond your dreams.

Much Love,

El Senor Pinche Wey
