A week ago during my practice I could not stop thinking about all the fat marijuana smoking carnivorous yoga criminals who besmirch Guruji's name. As my fury grew I engaged mulabhanda with greater and greater force until it became stuck. Now I cannot disenage mulabhanda or unclench my anus. I have not been able to poo for over a week. I feel bloated and my breath is beginning to smell like my bowel. I cannot even practice, all I can do is surf the web looking for criminals on whom to vent my constipated rage.
