I am most happy to informe you that we, Ilpo

Koponen<br>and Jarkko Tormanen have released a

Astanga-Yoga<br>video, first secuence, half vinyasa.<br>Video was made

because of the demand of finnish

yoga<br>students.<br><br>It is based on our guruji Sri. K. Pattabhi

Jois<br>teaching as it is thought in Mysore,

India.<br><br>Counting is done as "half vinyasa", language

is<br>sanskrit the postures and numbers and other<br>instruction

are on finnish.<br><br>We sell video prize: 50 FIM

it´s around 8,5 Euro and 8 dollars<br><br>we put the

price so low that we can.. so this video is first

finnish Ashtanga Yoga video and it´s first non profit -

own cost price video, I think ever made.<br><br>so i

can´t say we are back in business <br><br>here is
