This club is dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga. You can learn more about it at <a href=http://www.ashtanga.com/ target=new>http://www.ashtanga.com/</a> which has links to articles about Ashtanga as well as a list of qualified teachers around the world, including the UK. <br><br>I recommend trying different styles of yoga to see what works best for you, just make sure you have a reputable teacher.
