Hi there everyone, I have been recommended Yoga,

for relaxation and breathing excercises, because I

suffer from panic attaks and anxiety. I just dont know

where to start looking for infomation, i'm on my pc

alot so I thought this might be a good place to

start!! Any information will be greatly

Hi Petite, there are many different styles of

yoga and probably any of them would be helpful to you.

This club is dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga. You can learn

links to articles about Ashtanga as well as a list of

qualified teachers around the world, including the UK.

<br><br>I recommend trying different styles of yoga to see

what works best for you, just make sure you have a

reputable teacher. You can use the ashtanga.com site to

find a qualified Ashtanga teacher in the UK.

Sounds like you have an excess Vata condition. I am willing to help you with

some advice as an Ayurvedic practioner. I have also studied and taught yoga for
