Guest guest
Does anyone know anything about him? Is he a good teacher, etc...
Guest guest
baron says he teaches "raja yoga," which in some circles is another word for ashtanga. however, i don't believe he really teaches strict ashtanga, he's more into the health cub power yoga thing. also, he has been criticized for improper adjustments of female students, if ya know what i mean. Guest guest
well, he's NOT ashtanga/

his classes are heated to a hundred degrees and the yoga is westernized "power yoga". If you want just a physical workout, go there. If you're looking for something more in your yoga, its not the place.
Just opinions from my experience.

I really liked him when i first started, untill i found an ashtanga studio....

Jess

While it not may be a pure practice by some standards, it has done wonders for me. My physical and spiritual growth has been amazing in the few months I've been practicing with him and his wonderful staff.
