Guest guest Posted August 22, 2001 Report Share Posted August 22, 2001 Here is my last rumination for the night -- ever notice how really different downdog is in Iyengar than in ashtanga? Iyengar advocates putting your head really all the way to the ground and really stretching out your neck and spine way past your shoulders (look at picture in Light on Yoga).
