Guest guest Posted August 31, 2001 Report Share Posted August 31, 2001 Well, sometimes you just gotta hand it to El Senor: the advice on crawling up and down walls for backbends has really helped. When Senor wrote about it a couple of months ago I decided to incorporate wall-crawling into the closing sequence. I would begin with a bridge, do three Urhdva D's, then two wall crawls.<br><br>Last night I tried a real drop-back and it worked!! No shot at coming back up -- not yet -- a stiff-backed person like me a dro-back is a true milestone.
