Guest guest Posted September 3, 2001 Report Share Posted September 3, 2001 Although I can not make it to New York to see guruji, I did go to a workshop this past weekend which was a wonderful experience. Bhavani came to Kansas City and presented a workshop entitled, "The Alchemy of Ashtanga." There were three classes (short workshop because of the holiday weekend)--Friday night was a lecture on the yoga sutras, and then we did the sun salutations and a few standing poses. Saturday morning was a little more yoga sutra lecture, and then we did the primary series. Saturday afternoon was an Introduction to the Intermediate Series class. But anyway, the workshop was wonderful. Bhavani is truly a beautiful soul. I'm going to try and get to Kauai for the New Year's Retreat she's having there, which sounds like so much fun!
