Guest guest
For those of you that don`t know Danny Paradise he is an excellent teacher and a true spiritual seeker. He has been practicing this form of yoga for over 25 years and studied in the 70s with Guruji. He has never before worried about being a famous yoga teacher and always avoided publicity. It is only now that one hears more of him because of his new CD and excellent video that people are starting to hear about him.
This discussion has appeared on this board before where somebody pointed out that Danny was teaching yoga in Nepal years ago to travellers just for donations and he started a yoga ashram for travellers in Goa in 1984 .
People who have met Danny and talked to him know him as well a lovely person and a real yogi. Becareful about judging people too hastily ESPW. Maybe you should study yourself instead of criticizing others . This may enable a sorry gymnast to come closer to nirvitarka-samadhi. Guest guest
I lived in Nepal and met Danny Paradise when he came to teach us Ashtanga yoga. That was in 1995 and he accepted only donations and led the practice in the most compassionate way. I was a true beginner and he always emphasized the quality of our practice over the amount. He embodies the yogic essence like no other teacher/practitioner I have met since. I am fortunate to have had him as my first teacher.

Yeshe
