Guest guest
For now don't worry about not doing as much as you could before. Try to find deepness of practice even in just Sun Salutations. Sometimes less can be more. And then slowly, slowly what you could do and more will come back. And try to relax all body when you practice, lack of relaxation (in practice and during the rest of the day)might be one of the reasons. Guest guest
In his book "Astanga Yoga" (page 131), Lino Miele states:

"If Yoga Chikitsa is practiced to a level of competence, then the finishing asanas must be performed in full at the end of each practice, even if the practice stops after Suryanamaskara or part way through. Without the practice of the finishing asanas disease may develop."

I personally deduce from this that the Suryanamaskaras plus the finishing sequence should constitute the bare minimum of daily practice. Certainly, just doing Suryanamaskara A is not enough. The inverted poses especially, like Salamba Sarvangasana & Sirsasana, are very invigorating and should be done possibly every day - assuming that you're able to do them correctly.

I do this kind of 'short form' myself when I don't have enough time, or simply when I don't feel like doing more. It takes me roughly half an hour to complete, plus 5 minutes in Savasana. 30 minutes are not such a long that you shouldn't be able to do it every day. Then build up from there. Keep in mind also that DISCIPLINE is an important part of Astanga-yoga practice, without which you will not achieve anything. Good luck!
