Guest guest
I recently moved from the East Village to the
Columbia neighborhood, and my practice options,
and hence my practice, have taken a major dive.
No-one has been able to recommend a place
near here to practice ashtanga.

But, the stretch of Broadway around 114th has
been plastered with orange flyers for this
so-called Abhyasa yoga class, three days a week
at the Broadway Presbyterian Church there.
The instructors are both ex-Jivamukti, and the
class sounds promising. Has anybody tried it?
It's only been going about a month.

The instructors are Carole Del Mul and Lee Mc Kenna.

http://home.earthlink.net/~cdelmul/

I'm thinking of trying it out this Saturday.
Oops, but that would make me... never mind.

Namaste
DAn.
