Guest guest
Dear Shinning Skull:

I have a Lino Miele video. I was amazed by its beauty when I first saw it.
Lino Miele's video is very well designed. Which makes sense because he was a designer for the theatre. I like its simplicity and sense of time....very meditative. I am also inspired by the fact that Miele came to astang in his mid 30's. There is hope for me yet. I've heard the full vinyasa is hard on the shoulder joint if done everyday.

There is so much I don't know......
You say Lino Miele was the first Westerner to count the vinyasas...what about David Swensen? Not that it will change my practice which I'm not learning from a book. It is good to get info from another viewpoint.

Namaste
Guest guest
Amazing! Didn't know Lino only started practising in his mid-30's. So, how many years have he been practising? -N
