They've got mysorestyle practice two times a week and a couple of lead ashtanga classes. *Very* nice space to practice in and a good "ashtanga community". Their homepage is www.yogaspot.com (I think that was already posted once on this board).<br><br>The reason I'm not going to Triangle Yoga is mainly that 1. they don't have mysore style practice there and 2. that their groups are a lot bigger (=less personal attention).
