Guest guest
Hi everyone,
Shining Skull can't be here right now because he is too embarrased to make himself known to the board so soon after his second or third dramatic exit. So he asked me to post this for him. He is very excited because even though he can't do a backbend, he tells us that in Lino's workshop, he has been learning handstands:

At the workshop I attended back in Milan we didn't do any urdhva dhanurasanas (assisted or not) at all, since I had registered with the beginners' classes. But Lino assisted me into my first handstand ever, which was great--I wish I were able to do that without any support already. Since I sweated like pig and the weather was cold, and I didn't take care, I got the killer flu myself soon after the workshop ended.

Next time I shall register with the more challenging course, which is somewhat boastfully christened classe per gli avanzati (advanced class), although it is still primary series. Lino told me that he is planning another workshop in Milan in March next year.

I have been wondering if you also have the chance to do intermediate series when Lino comes to Finland?

-Shining Skull
