CynXir - yes, I have never been to a Mysore-style

class so far, so I apologise for my

ignorance.<br><br>I'm sure you're right regarding the handstands we did

in the beginners' class: Lino called it "a game".

But it was fun!<br><br>I agree with you that Guruji

would not approve. But as I said already, it was just a

game. I guess Lino wanted to let us experience what

doing handstands feels like - they were not part of the

class routine itself, and we did them only on one

occasion.

--<br><br>Actually, it's not new that Lino offers workshops also on

Saturdays (though never on a moon day). He seems to make a

distinction between workshops and classes here. Workshops are

first of all an occasion for having fun. But at his

head centre in Rome, he wouldn't hold any classes on a
