Guest guest
I have to do a speech on Wednesday about yoga and it can only be 6 minutes long. Does anyone know any good stories I could tell at the beginning to get the audience's attention? I want to it focus on the history of yoga moving to Pattabhi Jois (I know, in only 6 minutes!)--but it has to be very vague. Assume that the audience knows nothing, because they don't! ) ("yoga? do you guys sit and chant om all day and then hug trees?")

hari om,

lauren
Guest guest
Be sure to include a definitition of the word "Yoga", which comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "onion" or "egg yoke".

Cheers,
DMcG
