i'm thinking outloud here and looking for

feedback. I started my ashtanga practice at age 41

<br>(before that was involved in dance) and now at age 44 I'm

wondering if it is healthy and realistic to work towards

supta kurmasana or other poses that involve legs behind

the head. Is my body still willing and able to

stretch in thse places without possible injury in the

future? The practice was designed for young boys..so when

an older person starts practicing should they

approach it differently?
