Guest guest
Has anyone heard…?

I heard that Deepak Chopra did a CD with Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics called “Grow Younger, Live Longer.” It sounds like a really neat idea, but I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to hear it yet and could tell me what it is exactly and what you thought of it. Guest guest
The CD really stinks... on one hand you have rocker Dave and on the other, mellow Deepak.
It sounds as if they never met each other and the whole thing was pieced together in the studio.

However, Deepak's advice from the book is very good... and to save yourself from buying it here is the quick overview,,,,

Deepak Chopra’s TEN steps to reverse aging

1) Believe you are growing younger.
2) Get on a regular schedule, sleep enough, and meditate twice a day.
3) Eat healthy foods.
4) Take your vitamins.
5) Work on your body/mind connection(ie: practice qigong, tai chi, or yoga).
6) Exercise: thirty-minute aerobic workouts three times a week and strength-training sessions three times a week.
7) Detoxify your body, mind and relationships.
8) Be flexible and creative.
9) Make love your priority.
10) Be happy and learn new things. Guest guest
I've set up a "reviews" section over at ezboard for people to discuss books, cd's and videos. Try posting your question there.

Cheers,
DMcG
Guest guest
Has anyone heard…?
I did get the Deepak Chopra/Dave Stewart CD and I absolutely love it. It’s Deepak Chopra reciting excerpts of his original poems and thoughts over beautiful instrumental music by Dave Stewart. To me it’s ideal for relaxing and meditating, or practicing Yoga. These days a little peace is nice to come by. I love Chopra’s books anyway, so the soothing combination of his voice and Stewart’s music is a great way for me to remember some of the ideas from his books. I found a link that has more info on the CD for you: http://www.hypecouncil.com/davedeepak/ Hope that helps!
