Thanks you two. I have been (against the rules)

practicing at home. I live on the Upper West Side in

Manhattan and havent found any nearby places to practice

(it's all downtown, early morn). So probably I've

missed a lot of important stuff and in particular, yes,

slowing down my breathing would be a great thing to help

stay present. I really wish there were someone

teaching uptown but until then it's living-room practice.

:(
